Single Mindedness of Paul

Tonights discussion of Paul's journey to Jerusalem was encouraging and convicting. We all need to have the singlemindedness of Paul in the arena of our calling and ministry. Paul in spite of all the prophetic statements by others about him being bound and given over to the Gentiles, He stayed the course and had courage in the Maker and Taker of life, Jesus Christ. He trusted in the one who knows all and has a purpose for all.

Oh Lord, increase my courage to follow you in spite of circumstance. May fear find a new home, far from me! May I nurture that strength to rely on you in spite of how things look around me.

Acts 17,18,21,23
